House & Pool Rules

We wish you a relaxing stay and some carefree hours in our attractive leisure facility.
Free from the stress and rush of everyday life, a “little holiday right on your doorstep” awaits you! To maintain this feeling and the relaxing atmosphere among water attractions, wellness, and fitness areas, we kindly ask all guests to observe some rules designed to ensure smooth and safe operation for everyone.
1. General
1.1 The house and pool rules serve the purpose of safety, order, and cleanliness at AquaNat’Our. By entering the facility, every guest acknowledges these rules and all other regulations issued to maintain operational safety.
1.2 Guests must be considerate of one another. Everyone must behave in a way that does not disturb, endanger, or harm other guests or staff. Pool, sauna, and fitness guests must refrain from anything that violates decency or disrupts safety, peace, and order. In particular, indecent gestures, remarks, or physical advances are prohibited.
1.3 The supervisory staff ensures safety and order, enforces the house rules, and exercises the facility’s house rights. Their instructions must be followed without exception.
1.4 The use of breakable containers (glass, bottles, plates, etc.) inside the facility is prohibited due to risk of injury.
1.5 Food and beverages may only be consumed in designated areas. Bringing coolers is not allowed.
1.6 Photographing or filming people without consent is prohibited. Commercial or press use requires prior management approval.
1.7 Smoking is not permitted inside the facility. Outdoor ashtrays are available at designated areas. Only these areas may be used for smoking. Marked areas are monitored for safety via video.
1.8 Guests may not enter barefoot paths, showers, the swimming pool, or fitness area wearing street shoes.
1.9 Chewing gum is prohibited throughout the facility.
2. Access
2.1 Access to AquaNat’Our is generally open to anyone who has paid the applicable entrance fee.
2.2 Exceptions:
- Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Lifeguards do not supervise children.
- Persons with contagious or infectious diseases, open wounds, or skin conditions that could contaminate the pool.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Persons who have been explicitly banned from entering (house ban).
3. Opening Hours and Admission
3.1 Management may restrict access to the whole facility or parts of it for operational or technical reasons (e.g., overcrowding, repairs) without refund. Current COVID-19 hygiene and safety measures also apply.
3.2 Entrances close 60 minutes before closing time.
3.3 Visitors receive a badge wristband at entry. Adults are preloaded with €80 credit, children from age 6 with €20. This allows additional purchases in the pool and bistro areas, which must be paid before leaving. Lost bands incur a replacement fee plus €10.
3.4 Swimming and sauna areas must be vacated 20 minutes before closing.
3.5 Management may reserve the facility or parts of it for events, courses, or school/club activities without refund.
3.6 Exceeding purchased time must be paid additionally.
3.7 Tickets are non-refundable.
3.8 Fitness hours vary according to pool and sauna schedules. Access is only during the posted opening hours.
4. Locker & Clothing
Clothes and belongings left 30 minutes after closing or in lockers after closing will be secured by staff and kept in the lost and found for 3 months.
5. Hygiene
Pool and sauna areas may only be used after thorough personal hygiene. Soap or shower gel may only be used in showers.
6. Clothing
6.1 Swimwear – Only standard swimwear is allowed. Shorts up to knee-length are permitted. Swim shoes are prohibited in pools (except non-slip shoes in fitness classes). Underwear beneath swimwear is not allowed. Burkinis designed for swimming are permitted if the face remains uncovered.
6.2 Sauna – Sauna use is nude. Bath towels, robes, or sauna kilts may be worn.
6.3 Fitness – Clean sports shoes and attire are required. Flip-flops, sandals, and street shoes are not allowed.
6.4 Towels and robes may be rented at the reception for a fee; loss fees: €40 for robes, €20 for sauna towels.
7. Pool Use
7.1 Water balls, soft balls, flotation devices, and swim rings are only allowed in children’s and shallow pools. Non-swimmers must not use deep swimming areas or diving zones.
7.2 Diving boards may only be used when staff approves. Diving is at one’s own risk. Only one person may use the board at a time; goggles are not allowed.
7.3 Pushing, throwing, or swimming under divers is prohibited.
7.4 Pool chairs may not be moved from outdoor areas into the swimming hall.
8. Slide Rules
8.1 Slide must be used continuously; stopping or slowing is prohibited.
8.2 Children 3+ may use the slide with adult supervision; under 9 must be supervised at the top and bottom.
8.3 Exit the slide area immediately after landing.
8.4 Only sliding on the back is allowed.
8.5 Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal from the facility.
9. Sauna Rules
9.1 Sauna areas are for relaxation; considerate behavior is expected at all times.
9.2 Loud talking, singing, and electronic devices are prohibited in rest zones. Loungers must be used with a towel or robe; reserving loungers is not allowed. Staff may remove reserved items.
9.3 Guests must inform staff of any health issues before entering. Medical clearance is recommended if unsure.
9.4 Sauna infusions are conducted by trained staff only.
9.5 Children under 17 are only allowed with an adult.
9.6 Use of sauna is nude only.
9.7 Smartphones are prohibited; tablets for reading are allowed.
9.8 Sauna pond is used at your own risk.
10. Fitness Center Rules
10.1 Equipment must be treated with care; weights returned after use.
10.2 Towels must be used on all surfaces; cardio equipment must be disinfected after use.
11. Lost & Found
Management is not liable for valuables, including items in lockers. Lost items must be handed to staff and are handled according to law.
12.Suggestions & Complaints
Staff will receive and address complaints immediately where possible. Further complaints may be submitted in writing at the reception or to management.
13. Liability
13.1 Use of the facility is at guests’ own risk, except for operator obligations.
13.2 By entering, all visitors acknowledge these rules. Violation may result in exclusion without refund.
13.3 Management is generally not liable for guest damages, except in cases of gross negligence or injury to life, body, or health.
13.4 Damage, loss, or destruction of personal items is the guest’s responsibility.
13.5 Guests must safely store tickets, locker keys, or wristbands; loss due to negligence is the guest’s responsibility.
13.6 Theft or attempted theft will be reported immediately.
