Children’s Yoga

Namaste – In children’s yoga, fun, relaxation, and imagination come first. Children can be themselves while finding calm. The asanas are practiced playfully, often inspired by animals and integrated into stories. Child-friendly yoga poses and relaxation exercises support motor skills and concentration.

We offer two courses: ages 3–6 and ages 7–11.
